ROSALIN PETRUCCI

Offering over 30 years of experience in the industry, Rosalin Petrucci is an accomplished real estate entrepreneur and licensed broker. She currently serves as president of Petrucci Realty Company and director of J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc.'s educational initiative. In her current role, Rosalin has guided several build-to-suit projects for educational facilities from site selection through final completion. Her portfolio includes the award winning ARC of Union County Kohler School in Mountainside, New Jersey. Her professional experience includes roles as manager and marketing director for various real estate and development offices, zoning board chairperson and an instructor on fair housing and diversity training policies. Rosalin has been the recipient of various awards in her field including recognition in 2003 by the Women's Fund of New Jersey as one of twenty-three women of real estate. In addition, Rosalin maintains strong relationships with economic development professionals in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and contacts on all levels of government. She supports various charities and dedicates her time to numerous organizations. Rosalin currently serves as a member of the national CREW Network, ICREW New Jersey, New Jersey State Chamber of Commerce and Corenet Global, as well as a founding member of CREW Lehigh Valley (PA) and Secretary to the Economic Development Association of NJ (EDANJ).
