DAN LACZ

Dan Lacz is responsible for project development and financial analysis for the Company. As a project executive, he is involved in the approval process for design/build projects and successfully interfaces between our clients and the construction/design teams. Dan is also responsible for acquisition/disposition financial analysis and debt financing. Prior to joining the firm, he was employed by an investment banking firm in New York where he held the position of financial analyst. Mr. Lacz attended Delbarton School in Morristown, NJ, and holds a B.S. and M.S. in Geology from Boston College.
