Kiddie Academy
Wall Township, NJ

Previously used for food distribution, J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc. converted an obsolete, 15,000-square foot facility into a productive child care learning center for Kiddie Academy in Wall Township, NJ.  Complete renovations to the building included the construction of office space, a kitchen, multiple classrooms, and a playground.

Westfield Hospital
South Whitehall Township, PA

Located on Tilghman Street in South Whitehall Township, this 45,000-square foot, privately owned acute-care hospital wad completed in just one year – May 2006 to May 2007.  The 3-story facility features 26 beds, three operating rooms, an imaging suite and a 24-hour emergency room.  Intended for patients requiring minor medical procedures and short stays, the facility is complete with flat-screen TVs, hardwood floors and Internet access in most rooms.

Lexus of Lehigh Valley
Allentown, PA

Previously located in Emmaus, this new 65,000-square foot state-of-the-art car dealership for Lexus of Lehigh Valley features sales offices, a show room, service bays, and an enclosed glass cylinder which houses a fish pond and a rotating platform supported by hydraulic jacks on which a luxury vehicle is displayed.

Receivable Management Services (RMS)
Bethlehem, PA

Located in Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VII, this 80,000-square foot headquarters and customer service facility is located on a part of the former Bethlehem Steel plant property and serves as the largest brownfield redevelopment project in the state.  It is the first office project in Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VII.

Bethlehem Township, PA

Located in Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VI, this 91,000-square foot state-of-the-art building represented the first new manufacturing facility built after the completion of the Pennsylvania Route 33 extension.  Construction was completed within seven months.  Flexicon is a leading international manufacturer of flexible screw conveyors, bulk bag dischargers and other equipment and systems for handling of powder and bulk solid materials including foods, chemicals, plastics and pharmaceuticals.

Polykote Corp.
Forks Township, PA

J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc. completed construction of a 25,600-square foot manufacturing facility for Polykote Corporation on Kuebler Road in Forks Township, Pennsylvania.  Polykote Corp., a manufacturer of specialty-coated products, relocated its manufacturing facilities from Warminster, Pennsylvania to Forks Township, Pennsylvania. The new building features production and manufacturing areas, 4,000 square feet of office space and two loading docks.

The new 150,000-sq. ft. manufacturing/warehouse facility located at Kuebler Road includes 4,200 square feet of finished office space and a laboratory area. The remaining square footage is dedicated to warehouse and distribution.

Tioga Pipe Supply is a privately held Philadelphia based company specializing in steel pipe and related products. With offices in Houston, Texas, Chattanooga, Tennessee; and Annandale, NJ, the Forks Township plant is the company's fifth location.

JGPCO demolished 12 predominately obsolete industrial buildings on a 12-acre site, formerly known as the Cooper Alloy Site, remediated the existing environmental conditions and constructed a 148,850- sq. ft. state of the art food grade distribution facility for Gargiulo Produce, a third-generation company and one of the largest producers of fresh fruits and vegetables in the United States.

The 72,000-sq. ft. state of the art display/service center features a combination of decorative masonry, aluminum glazing, and Alucobond metal panel façade. The interior includes a Klinker tile floor system, speckled wall finishes, metal ceiling, and specialized lighting fixtures.

Strahman Valve, Inc.

Strahman Valves, Inc., an internationally-recognized manufacturer of sampling valves, drain valves, custom industrial valves, and wash down equipment, now occupies this 60,000-sq. ft. building in Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VI. JGPCO expanded the speculative building to accommodate Strahman’s 18,000-sq. ft. office space requirement, and custom fit the facility to suit the company’s specifications.

The full-service bank branch was constructed on a pad site in the Hopewell Crossing shopping center. It features a brick facade, shingle roof, drive-through window, extensive custom millwork, and a community center.

Adult & Child Ear Nose & Throat Center, a 20,000-sq. ft., two-story medical office building, includes a 3,886-sq. ft.  fit out for Drs. David Prager and Glenn Kaye.

The 24,000-sq. ft. warehouse expansion added to the existing 47,209-sq. ft. building JGPCO leases FedEx located at 2595 Brodhead Road.

JGPCO designed and built Markel’s Class A headquarters at 310 Route 35 in 2002, and recently broke ground on an expansion that will double Markel's regional presence. The Schultz Organization/TCN Worldwide was responsible for representing Markel in this transaction. Markel Corporation (MKL-NYSE) is an international property and casualty insurance holding company headquartered in Richmond, VA.

Hertz Medical
North Whitehall Township, PA

A 20,000-sq. ft. steel and masonry office/warehouse facility located on 2.87 acres. Building features 10' x 16' clear anodized aluminum entrance with a glazed curtain wall and white Fiori decorative masonry block. Finishing off the building is 8,000 square feet of offices including a modern 2,000-sq. ft. showroom.

Techo Bloc
Plainfield Township, PA

Techo-Bloc, Inc. a Canadian manufacturer of concrete products, purchased the 45,600-sq. ft. shell building from JGPCO who completed an extensive fit out and expanded the facility by 10,000 square feet for manufacturing uses. In August 2006, JGPCO broke ground on a 42,000-sq. ft. building expansion.

In 2002, JGPCO was called back to add a 19,252-sq. ft. single story warehouse expansion.

Charter School
New Brunswick, NJ

JGPCO acquired an obsolete industrial building and in just five months, converted the building into a state-of-the-art school for Greater Brunswick Charter School. The 5-acre site was renovated to accommodate bus service and a playground area. The building interior was re-designed for 10 class rooms and specialty rooms.

Environmental Waste Minimization
Northampton, PA

A new 21,000-sq. ft. headquarters features 10,000-sq. ft. of upscale offices and 11,000-sq. ft. of warehouse space situated on 9.4 acres. This facility is the first KOZ (Keystone Opportunity Zone) project in Northampton County, PA. The company currently employs 27 people and expects to add between 15-20 new jobs in the next three years. The size of the 9.47-acre Allen Township site also allows for the company’s future expansion.

JGPCO expanded the former Office Interiors facility in Branchburg, NJ. The original 50,000-sq. ft. building completed by JGPCO in 1997, was expanded by 61,312 square feet and features 24' clear height and a two story office. The expansion was completed in less than six months.

The 60,861-sq. ft. crane served industrial facility features 3,193-sq. ft. of office space, 30,865-sq. ft. of warehouse space, and 26,803-sq. ft. of manufacturing area.

JGPCO designed and built Bihler of America's a 113,410-sq. ft. building, including space for offices and manufacturing in 2005. Bihler of America, Inc. has been providing German-built Bihler Vari-Slide systems to North America since 1976.

Royalblue commissioned JGPCO to design and build a 12,633-sq. ft. data center in 2004. The project was completed in three months!
