HILLSIDE, NEW JERSEY
JGPCO demolished twelve obsolete industrial buildings on a twelve acre site, formerly known as the Cooper Alloy Site, remediated the existing environmental conditions and constructed a 148,850 square foot state of the art food grade distribution facility for Gargiulo Produce, a third-generation company and one of the largest producers of fresh fruits and vegetables in the United States.
