bennett toyota/scion
	Location: Allentown, PA Size: 46,130 sq. ft. JGPCO built a 46,130 sq. ft., LEED Certified dealership facility for Bennett Toyota/Scion at 2121 Lehigh Street in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The new facility includes a showroom, service center, parts department, body shop and associated retail uses.

beNZEL-BUSCH/Mercedes Benz
	Location: Englewood, NJ Size: 60,000 sq. ft. JGPCO was awarded the renovation of the 60,000 SF dealership including the design build development of a 3-story, 100 space parking garage and service center.

LEXUS OF THE LEHIGH VALLEY
	Location: South Whitehall Township, PA Size: 65,000 sq. ft. Completed in 2007, the project includes a stunning array of architectural details, unlike any other dealership in the Lehigh Valley. A 45’ glass silo, an 18,000-gallon Koi pond with glass bridge below a 24’ elevated rotating car display, and a color blast automated lighting system are just a few of the custom elements in this first-class facility.

CLINTON HONDA
	Location: Clinton, New Jersey Size: 35,000 sq. ft. Renovations to the building doubled the square footage of the existing showroom, service area and retail operation. A new brick and masonry façade was created and insulated metal panels were added.  In addition, a 150-space, three-story post-tension concrete parking deck was built adjacent to the existing facility.

FLEMINGTON BMW
	Location: Flemington, NJ Size: 65,000 sq. ft. This state-of-the-art display and service center features a combination of decorative masonry, aluminum glazing and an Alucobond metal panel façade. The interior includes a Klinker tile floor system, speckled wall finishes, metal ceilings and specialized light fixtures.
