SYNCHRONOSS TECHNOLOGIES, INC.

Synchronoss Technologies is the leading provider of on-demand transaction management solutions to the communication service provider market. Their Global Research & Development Center, completed in 2009 at Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VII, includes state-of-the-art managed data facilities. Project features incorporate dual power, two generators and two UPS systems. Further, each piece of equipment has two power feeds and the facility was designed so that all maintenance can be done with zero down time. JGPCO assisted Synchronoss in pursuing local and state business incentives.

RoyalBlue Financial Corp. (Now Fidessa Group PLC)

Location: Somerset (Franklin Township), NJ

Fidessa Group is a world-leading supplier of multi-asset trading, portfolio analysis, decision support, investment compliance, market data and global connectivity solutions for the financial services industry.  The company is headquartered in London, U.K. and traded on the London Stock Exchange.  JGPCO was commissioned to design and build RoyalBlue a data center that includes a UPS System, diesel generator back-up power and a redundant HVAC System, among other features. The project was completed in just three months.

RMS, a portfolio partner of Citi Venture Capital International, is a leading global supplier of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Recovery Services with operations in the United States, Canada, Mexico, India and Hong Kong. In 2007, JGPCO designed and built a new 80,000 square foot headquarters and data center for RMS at Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VII on the site of the former Bethlehem Steel headquarters. Project features include, among others, a UPS System and diesel generator backup power. “We are very pleased with our new headquarters and service facility in the Lehigh Valley,” said David Huebner, CEO, of RMS.

TUWAY COMMUNICATIONS

TuWay Communications specializes in the design, installation, and maintenance of wireless communication solutions for businesses and organizations. When TuWay determined that they required a new building to accommodate their growth, they had ideas, but lacked a cohesive plan for implementing them. After interviewing numerous developers and builders, they turned to JGPCO. We explored TuWay’s ideas, needs and wants and put together a plan that fully met their needs in terms of economics, effi ciency and aesthetics.
