The March of Dimes Commercial & Industrial Real Estate Awards Committee presented James G. Petrucci, Founder and President, J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc., with the Individual of the Year award at the 2007 March of Dimes Commercial & Industrial Real Estate Award Breakfast today at the Best Western Hotel & Conference Center, Bethlehem, Rt. 512 & 22.

J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc. Raises $60,000 for Two Military Support Organizations in New Jersey & Pennsylvania
EASTON, PA, October 18, 2007 — On Monday, October 8, 2007, J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. (JGPCO) hosted its 4th Annual Iron Hill Charity Golf Open. Held at The Club at Morgan Hill, the event raised a combined $60,000 for the benefit of the Lehigh Valley Military Affairs Council (LVMAC) and the New Jersey National Guard Family Programs (NJNGFP).

James G. Petrucci (right), Founder and President of J.G. Petrucci, Co., Inc., was honored as Humanitarian of the Year by the American Conference on Diversity at its recent Commercial Real Estate Luncheon. Presenting the award are (L-R) Mark Yeager, honorary luncheon chair, president of Gale Real Estate Services Company and the 2006 Commercial Real Estate honoree; Ron Stone, principal of Weequahic High School, Newark, the luncheon guest speaker; and Diane Schwartz, American Conference on Diversity president and CEO.
Committed to helping members of the greater NJ/PA community in which JGPCO operates, Petrucci annually raises funds to benefit networks in New Jersey and Pennsylvania that aid in transitioning and enhancing the employability and earnings of single mothers and displaced homemakers.
He also annually raises money to benefit the Lehigh Valley Military Affairs Council (LVMAC), which financially assists veterans, deployed military personnel and their families. Petrucci has been recognized by the Patriots' Path Council, Boy Scouts of America, in support of Boy Scouting "at risk" program, which send underprivileged youth to camp.
The American Conference on Diversity values diversity, educates and empowers leaders and promotes inclusion and respect in businesses, organizations, schools and colleges and communities across New Jersey. A human relations organization, the American Conference on Diversity conducts educational programs, conference and workshops designed to change the way all residents look at each other, themselves and their neighbors. These events and encounters teach youngsters and adults to value one of New Jersey's greatest strengths, its diversity. The American Conference on Diversity works with educators, community leaders, non-profit organizations and corporate and business leaders to promote inclusion and respect, value differences and enhance a civil society.

PETRUCCI RAISES $50,000 FOR CHARITIES IN NJ & PA
Fourth Annual "Crossing Borders" event honors women in real estate and economic development SOMERSET, NJ - J.G. Petrucci Company hosted its 4th Annual Crossing Borders Charity Awards Luncheon on Thursday, May 17, 2007, where more than 230 guests gathered at The Palace in Somerset Park, NJ, to honor women in real estate and economic development from both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The annual fundraising benefits the Displaced Homemakers Network of New Jersey and New Choices/New Options in Pennsylvania. The agencies aid in transition and enhance the employability and earnings of single mothers and displaced homemakers.
JGPCO raised $50,000 through corporate sponsorships and donations. |

FLORHAM PARK, NJ - The Patriots' Path Council, Boy Scouts of America honored James G. Petrucci, founder of JGPCO at their annual Distinguished Citizen Award Dinner. The Distinguished Citizen Award Dinner raises the necessary funds for Scouting “at-risk” programs which send underprivileged youth to camp. It also supports sending inner city Scouts to Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico and helps urban units to function in a traditional way and participate in a meaningful summer camp experience.
