J.G. Petrucci Co. Inc. (JGPCO) was founded in 1987 by James G. Petrucci, shortly after his graduation from Princeton University. JGPCO’s core proficiencies include both development and turnkey design/build projects for a diverse corporate clientele. Our competitive advantage lies in our policy of taking full accountability on each and every project, as well as our relentless focus on total client satisfaction. As such, we assume full responsibility for integrating conceptual design with functional performance, effectively controlling costs and schedule.

JGPCO also sets itself apart from its competition through a combination of well established relationships, proven development expertise and in-house technical capabilities. Brownfields redevelopment and adaptive re-use of obsolete industrial facilities have also become staples of JGPCO’s portfolio. Many of our projects also involve LEED certification or elements of sustainable design and green building practices.

Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in the Lehigh Valley.
